Behind the scenes, away from prying eyes and the PUBLIC gaze, something very exciting has been taking place.
Experienced Intellectuals associated with, and or affiliated to, the Freedom Movement have held private meetings and or discussions with the intention of creating powerful solutions behind which the forces of good can gather and drive a stake into the heart of the CORRUPTION at play within in the SYSTEM.
Some of these Experienced Intellectuals will most likely be known to you, because they have been widely outspoken in their condemnation of abuses and underhand practices prevalent within the LEGAL and MONETARY SYSTEMS, and some will be unknown to you.
These Experienced Intellectuals have been joined by members of the LEGAL fraternity: solicitors and barristers, (some practising, and some retired) each of whom is well aware of the wrongs currently being perpetrated upon the people, and each of whom has decided to make a stand.
Here are some simple, plain, undeniable truths:
LEGAL ENTITIES are creations of the mind of man.
We could say THEY exist in LEGAL-LAND which is akin to NEVER-LAND (a DREAM WORLD which only exists in the IMAGINATION).
There are millions of LEGAL ENTITIES all interacting with each other in LEGAL-LAND.
How is anyone supposed to remember what these ENTITIES have been doing in the DREAM WORLD that is LEGAL-LAND?
The answer is simple: we memorialise everything by writing it down in what we could call a concise
HI-STORY of LEGAL-LAND.
We can therefore say that while LEGAL ENTITIES do not exist in reality, THEY are evidenced by words on paper.
Words on paper are inanimate.
The LAW common to LEGAL ENTITIES is called STATUTE COMMON LAW, or STATUTE, or CODE.
REGULATIONS, EXECUTIVE ORDERS and STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS also apply to LEGAL ENTITIES.
The jurisdiction applicable to LEGAL ENTITIES is different and unique from the jurisdiction applicable to man and woman.
LEGAL ENTITIES leave a trail on paper - within the 2nd Dimension.
Man* exists in the 3rd Dimension, experience time in the 4th Dimension and
are set free in in the 5th Dimension when they dream.
Therefore: CORPORATE COURTS handling disputes within the 2nd DIMENSION have no jurisdiction over Man*, for Man is a set-apart from that WORLD.
The ONLY exception to the rule occurs where a man, having first been furnished with all the relevant information, provides informed written consent, agreeing to perform the role of a LEGAL ENTITY, in the service of Man, where such service involves acting as:
A PUBLIC SERVANT and or CORPORATE OFFICER.
Then and only then, can a man [acting in the capacity of SERVANT or OFFICER] fall within the JURISDICTION of LEGAL-LAND.
*Man: being the collective term applied to the species.
Regardless of the STATE you currently "IDENTIFY" with, when a [wo]man agrees to act in the capacity of PUBLIC SERVANT, and or CIVIL SERVANT, and or MINISTER, and or PRIME MINISTER, and or PRESIDENT said [wo]man is agreeing to take a step down from their natural status of [wo]man, and perform the role of SERVANT.
LEGAL RULES exist to keep SERVANTS in check.
This is proven by the fact that not one STATUTE, CODE, ACT, REGULATION or STATUTORY INSTRUMENT applies to a man, or woman, but instead applies to what is termed the LEGAL PERSONALITY.
CORPORATE GOVERNMENTS therefore have no right to threaten and or coerce Man (being that it was created to serve).
Conclusion: LEGAL JURISDICTION is concerned with the application of LEGAL RULES upon LEGAL ENTITIES and or those acting in the capacity of LEGAL ENTITIES - nothing more.
LEGAL ENTITIES are subservient to Man, and are not the master of Man. QED.
